Hitchcock Close Affordable Homes

Twelve new affordable homes built on land to the rear of Mill Road, let at social rents to local people.

Our flagship project: twelve new affordable homes now nearing completion on land to the rear of Mill Road, Westbourne. The development comprises three house types — one-bed, two-bed and three-bed homes — each with small variations depending on aspect and detailed design.

Homes are let unfurnished at social rents. Demand was significant, with 35 valid applications from local people.

Tenants were selected using the Trust's Allocations Policy, a points-based system that prioritises those with the greatest need. PHA Homes has been appointed as our managing agent, and tenants have now moved into all twelve homes.
